#100BM Day 88

While I respect musicians hugely, and understand that bars and restaurants might need an extra ‘draw’ to get customers in of a Wednesday night, it is never a pleasant surprise to have a ferociously loudly amped folk singer suddenly appear and start warbling in the middle of what you hoped would be a quiet supper.

Explains why the front of the pub, the bit nearest the ersatz stage, was empty, though.

MAYBE HAVING A FOLK SINGER ISN’T A DRAW AFTER ALL.

(Also, we should have paid closer attention to the sign outside.)
